Our Community
Our volunteer Climate Reality Leaders catalyze action in response to the climate crisis by means of presentations, personal outreach, dynamic digital initiatives, and inspirational events. Their goal is to influence the political narrative in order to make the Paris Agreement a reality.
Climate Reality Leaders come from various backgrounds, from high school students to top business managers. They form a dynamic group of world-changers who are shaping the conversation on climate everywhere, from the family dinner table to international summits. Together, they are building a 21st-century movement for solutions.
Who We Are
Climate Reality Europe is the European branch of The Climate Reality Project, a global climate organisation founded by former U.S. Vice President Al Gore.
We work across the European Union, the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and Türkiye to mobilise communities, Climate Reality Leaders, and partners to accelerate climate action and strengthen climate leadership.
Through training, community organising, and policy engagement, we support people across Europe to turn climate knowledge into meaningful action.

Climate Hubs are volunteer-led local groups that bring Climate Reality’s work to communities across Europe.

Meet the Team
Branch Manager
Gosia Rychlik
Gosia leads Climate Reality Europe’s strategy, partnerships, and communications. She brings experience from the corporate, startup, and nonprofit sectors and works to strengthen climate leadership and collaboration across Europe.
Program & Engagement Manager
Jessica Besch
Jessica leads engagement across Climate Reality Europe’s network, supporting Climate Hubs and Climate Reality Leaders in turning climate knowledge into community action. She coordinates trainings, workshops, and collaborative initiatives that strengthen climate leadership and local organising across the region.
Regional Organizers
Our Regional Organizers (ROs) are at the heart of Climate Reality Europe’s new engagement model. Each RO is responsible for a specific region and works closely with Climate Hub leaders, helping them launch, grow, and collaborate with others across borders.
Each Regional Organizer is with us one day a week, offering steady support and guidance to local Hubs while helping the network grow stronger together.
Shooka supports Climate Hubs across Northern Europe and contributes to Climate Reality Europe’s campaigns and engagement activities.
Idriss works with Climate Hubs across Western Europe, supporting network development.
Lodovica works with Climate Hubs across Southern Europe, supporting local initiatives and strengthening collaboration within the Climate Reality network.
Elena supports Climate Hubs across Central and Eastern Europe, helping communities strengthen local climate action and engagement.
