About the event

One year ago, the UK hosted the UN Climate Change Conference COP26, where climate justice, energy transition, and local climate action were among the debated topics. This year we are gathering in London during COP27 to take a closer look at local and national challenges and demand more ambitious climate targets, more action and more climate financing.

Morning events – starting from 10.00

Intergenerational Climate Justice Workshop hosted by University of the Third Age (u3a) and Warwick University Climate Reality Campus Corps, will explore 'What are the climate justice issues and how do we talk about them?' The workshop will start at 11.00 and last for 90 minutes. Please get tickets specifically for this workshop if you are participating. Your ticket allows you all-day access.

Climate Café will run a series of talks and provide an open, participative space for conversations around climate change throughout the morning from 10.00am

Climate Fresk will explain the fundamental science behind climate change and empower participants to take action

Truth in 10 presentation will focus on the science, impacts and solutions
