As a consumer, you can cut carbon pollution by simple buying less. Use what you have, borrow, swap, repair, and buy second hand. Buy new as a last resort.

Maximise home energy efficiency

Replacing your old domestic appliances with new more efficient models and switch traditional light bulbs to LEDs. Always turn off lights when you leave a room and unplug electronics when not in use.

Your voice counts! Call or email your elected representatives. Let them know that you care about environmental issues and that you are expecting a firm stance on the necessity of climate action.
