COMMUNITY BENCHMARKING TOOL​

The "Community Benchmarking Tool" is a database of climate indicators for municipalities across Europe.

The purpose of this database is to provide resources to share and compare climate-related data and draft arguments for discussions with municipalities to accelerate climate action as a follow-up to the Climate Emergency Declaration.

The tool is used in partnership with the Global Shapers Community, an initiative of the World Economic Forum, where selected Global Shapers Hubs, based in municipalities across Europe, learn more about their municipalities' climate & environmental progress, and used the collected data to demand ambitious climate strategies and energy transformation plans of said municipalities.
